Make-Up Air

Spray booths exhaust large volumes of air to operate properly. NFPA-33, the standard that authorities use to measure whether or not a spray booth meets with code, is safe and can be approved for use, states: “An adequate supply of clean make-up air shall be provided to compensate for the air exhausted from spray operations”. In Canada in the winter, spring, and fall, this requires a heated air replacement system.
Booth Brothers distributes and installs quality make-up air units from manufacturers who have specifically designed units to work with paint spray booths as well as provide other general ventilation as required.
